Club Administration & Governance:
Volunteers are welcome to attend our monthly meetings and may participate in discussion. Only Board of Director Members are able to vote on matters discussed in meetings. Volunteers are encouraged to attend the AGM, which is normally held in the spring. Our monthly Directors meetings are typically held in the Sno-Bombers Groomer Shop at 19 Lilac Lane, Bracebridge.

- Subsequent meeting dates to be announced: first meeting of 2025-2026 season was September 18, 2025 at 7pm.
- Second meeting was October 16, 2025 at 7pm.
- Next meeting: Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 7pm.
- Meetings are generally held on the 3rd Thursday of each month (Sept to May) at 7pm. *subject to change*
- Please let a club member know if you plan to attend a meeting as there are occasionally last minute date/time changes.
